Once upon a time in a land far far away…

If you’ve ever been to Disneyland, it’s likely you remember the rides. It’s likely you remember the characters, and it’s certianly likely you remember the cost, but what is almost guaranteed is that you remember how the experience made you feel. 

Disney is by far the world’s leader in creating a magical customer experience, and it took a recent visit there for me to see just how true this is. 

In this podcast episode, I share the 3 standout lessons we can take from Disney’s impeccable customer-focused strategies and apply them directly to your private practice clinic.
