Productivity is a subjective concept, and yet, for a hearing care leader who has a desire to grow her/his practice, being consistently productive in doing things that actually drive your practice forward is very important.

With a never-ending to-do list, coupled with a diary full of patients, being productive in the area of business growth can be very hard.
