Here’s How it Works:
You’ll decide a time that works for you and your busy schedule. Make sure you choose a time where there are no interruptions so you can focus on your business
You’ll complete a short questionnaire so that I can get to know you, what your objectives are and better understand your clinic
I’ll send you some useful information that’ll help you prepare for the call
We’ll both attend the call (which will last 45 minutes) and on the call, develop a plan of action to achieve your objectives
We have a limited number of appointments available and request that only applicants who are eager and ready apply.
Oli is a pure marketing genius. He has a knack for understanding business, branding and messaging. He can craft a creative message to the audience you are targeting that costs you very little and makes your phone ring. Just do what he says…. don’t do part of what he says, do it all! It will pay off. He helps business owners build a foundation, making their company worth more in the long run. Little by little your messaging gets to the right people and it and changes things. He works behind the scenes to make you look good. I have been able to remove all other marketing expenses in my business. Also, if you have an idea that you would love to implement, but it seems too impossible to tackle, tell him. He will simplify it, work ninja magic and kick it back for you to implement. He should write books about how to work and accomplish tasks. Oli is the best. He’s a great human too and has become a dear friend, I’m a big fan of Oli.
Who This Strategy Session Is For
I’ve learned the hard way that the advice that I share isn’t right for many clinics and clinic owners.
Because advice is pointless without action, and, with all due respect, not everyone is willing to take action.
That’s why, I ask that you only apply for a strategy session, if:

Who’s Oli Luke?
Oli Luke is a marketing strategist behind some of the most successful private practice hearing care clinics in North America.
After building a digital marketing group and a direct mail company in the UK, Oli met the hearing care industry in 2017. With a small group of clinics across Texas, he implemented several unique industry-first ideas which delivered record results for driving upgrades and online growth.
Following demand for further help and ideas, he founded private consultancy group Orange & Gray alongside Phil M Jones to partner with a small number of high-performing private practices to help them to run strategic content marketing campaigns and grow revenue.
Orange & Gray have since grown into one of the most respected marketing consultancy groups in private practice hearing care helping some of the best-performing clinics in North America to accelerate growth and be at the fore-front of industry developments.
He now spends his time developing marketing strategies to help his “Inner Circle” members to continue to lead change, crafting high-performing marketing campaigns (typically over an obscene amount of coffee) and hosting The Business of Hearing Podcast.
Although based in the UK and still unsure how American Football works or what spray-on cheese is – he spends his free time trying to keep up with his two young sons and arguing with his wife over what to watch on Netflix.
Why Am I Doing Free Calls?
There are three reasons
I enjoy them – through the work we do with our Inner Circle members, I get great pleasure in helping clinics to evolve, grow and understand what successful marketing in today’s world looks like … I feel like I have information that more people need to know, and these calls are a great way to share it.
I learn a lot – through the articles, white-papers and podcasts that I create – conversations like these give me more empathy to the challenges being faced allowing me to create better content.

I met Oli, quite literally, days before the pandemic began. I was very excited to be working with a new marketing person who was taking the time to learn about our field and the patients we serve.
