Meet Will Guidara

Will Guidara is the founder of a creative agency called ‘Thank You’, it is dedicated to guiding various businesses toward embracing hospitality.

He previously owned Eleven Madison Park, which, during his tenure, was recognized as the world's top restaurant.

Will also hosts the Welcome Conference, a leading symposium on hospitality, and serves as a judge on HBO Max's "The Big Brunch." He has co-authored four cookbooks and has earned accolades such as being listed in Crain's New York Business's 40 Under 40 and receiving The Wall Street Journal's Innovator Award.

Will resides in New York with his wife, Christina, and their two children, Frankie and Sonny.
